[ST] New bike on the way

Well...Monday I called Jerry Parrish to find out how long this was going to go
on.  (to those who may not know, my bike has been in the shop being diagnosed
for an odd surging and rough running condition for over 6 weeks now)

This morning the decision was made to pack it up & ship it back to the factory
for analysis.

They have a brand new shiny blue 2001 ST sitting in Baltimore ready to ship to
Wisconsin.  I will probably not see it until late next week. While I am excited
to get a new bike I can't help being just a little sad that after all this I
still have to miss my last free weekend for well over a month. I guess I can't
complain too much. (sure I can but I won't ; ) )

I wish all to know that Todd at Team Triumph of Wisconsin put in many, many
late nights and who knows how many hours working on this. Sacrificing  out
parts with his demo bikes etc. If you are ever in the nieghborhood of
Janesville Wisconsin you should stop in, he usually has a full line of demo
bikes & quite a bit of Triumph gear on display.  It's just east of Janesville
on Highway 14.  I can't even imagine how frustrating this would have been if I
was still dealing with Southeast Sales. (it took two weeks to get a fuel pump
gasket changed and the bike had less than a thousand miles on it)

 Triumph North America and Triumph UK both agree that this is an anomaly and
that Todd is not at fault.  Still seems like a fuel delivery issue but there is
nothing left to check.

If I ever find out what the root cause is/was I'll let you all know.

Thanks to all for putting up with my continual whining, and or sharing in my
outrage.
