[ST] degreasing

Hello ST/RS Disgusters:
	The best way to remove engine oil is to use Mineral Spirit (paint thinner). Apply with a spray bottle and "squish" around with a gloved hand and rinse with dishwashing soap followed with a rinse of clean water from a hose using mild to low pressure. Repeat as necessary. This is cheap and always works and will not damage rubber cables, seals and painted/EPC finishes.
