[ST] Twisties in Western France

I'm off to France next week on my RS, with half-a-plan to go
Cherbourg-Tours-Bergerac-Ile de Oleron-[somewhere around the
Loire]-Cherbourg at a fairly leisurely pace - alternate days riding and
sightseeing. Does anyone have favourite roads in the area for "enthusiastic"
two-up touring? or areas/roads to avoid.
