[ST] License Plate Bracket

I've searched the archives and can't find what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a different arrangement for the rear turn signals and 
license plate.  It seems to me I've seen a metal box like piece that 
replaces the rear mudguard/plate/signal section.

Was this just my wishful thinking/poor memory, or is something like this 
available???
