STeve, a moment of honesty came over me and I told the guy I had an off and 
he looked at the damage. He said he will fix it as cheap as possible as 
long as it looks okay for other people to rent. When I find the cost I'll 
let you know.

Great to meet everyone even if I can't remember everyone's name. I'll post 
my impressions next week as I came back to work today and we finish today 
for four days for a bank holiday break....... hard life I know.
