Yeah, possibly, but I wonder why now and not at the Western Rallye?

I'll double-check, but I'm pretty certain that the tube is routed 
properly -- at least at the bottom. Maybe it's loose somewhere higher 
up? I guess the dealer will find out. (He has to remove the tank to do 
the fuel sender recall.)

I haven't had any leaks (or "pukes") in the past, and my coolant level 
generally hovers around the lower level in the overflow tank. I hadn't 
done anything to change the coolant level since the 12K service, which I 
had done right before I left for the Western Rallye.

Heck, who knows. I'm just going to ride.
