If you are at that limit, you should not be riding upon the public roads.

I believe a quick turn-in accomplishes the same thing.  It does not 
accomplish the same thing as getting a knee down -- a rather extreme form of 
hanging off.

The quicker you turn-in, the less lean angle you need for a given turn. Pick 
your turn-in point, countersteer hard and fast, ride the arc -- there should 
be no need for adjustments unless you picked the wrong entry point or the 
turn is a decreasing radius.  Try it.  You'll be surprised by the results. 
Be sure to get on the throttle as soon as the bike is turned in.

That assumes that you have a good resaon to be powering out like a maniac.  
If you carry more speed in at entry, you do not need to make up for it at 
the exit, unless you are racing, of course.
