Ahhhh, the joys of being "Freddie Spencer" sized. I am 5'7", 175 lb and a
28" inseam. I ride my perfectly fitting Sprint-ST, 12 to 16 hour days, many
times not stopping except to fill up (200-225 miles). I regularly ride 700
to 900 mile days, sometimes 7 to 10 days at a stretch. I never feel
anything but your average fatigue, and am usually ready to "party down" at
the end of the day. Seat is comfortable once it was broken in, of course I
do wear bicycle shorts (padded) and have the ZG-ST screen and Gen-Mars.
This bike could not fit me better if it had been custom made.
The only change I would make ergonomically, would be lowering the seat
height about 1 1/2 inches. But that only comes into play when I stop, I
don't like to do that for very often.
