Whoa, that IS a new one!

Oil pumps are pretty simple devices.  It will be important (and
interesting) to learn the cause.  I've seen drive failures
resulting from the ingestion of foreign objects---often another
engine part---but _very_rarely_ indeed.

As I have posted before, having worked at a dealership, my
experience is that Triumph tends to stand behind their products.
