Re: [ST] Shoulder Pains

To Sean and others suffering from bodies that are out of warranty:

Have you tried a visit to your local chiropractor? I was pretty skeptical
of chiropractics until my back pain forced me into a "I'll try anything"
mode. In addition to helping my lower back pain, the chiropractor helped
relieve a lot of the neck tension that I had built up. I spend at least
8-10 hours in front of a computer most days, so I'm pretty familiar with
the shoulder pain. I also get it riding if I do a 400 mile day without
working up to it. Staying warm while riding is also critical for me to help
me stay relaxed. So I'm usually overdressed compared to other riders, and
my electric vest is one of my favorite riding accessories.
