[ST] Philips VisionPlus

I just got my order of 2 pair VisionPlus H4's from www.autolamps-
online.com today.

Free delivery + an extra pair free... can't complain about that!

 From what I've read, the Philip's give equivalent light as the very 
expensive ($65/pair) PIAA "riceboy" UltraWhites, while having a lot 
longer life.

I'll be testing this shortly.
