Randy, I installed PIAA - Super Plasma Bulbs in my RS.  They are readily
available on e-bay or any half-decent import car shop.  You want the H4
bulbs and on the RS it is a fifteen minute mod (10 minutes to figure out how
the assembly comes apart and five minutes to do it).  The ST would take a
while longer I think due to the better finished although heavy :-) fairing.
It made a huge difference.  I cannot quantify whether the light output has
gone from 60/55w to the purported 130/110w, but it has made a huge
difference.  BTW you're right the light above the headlights throws out a
sort of apple juice colour in contrast to white hot light from the new
bulbs.  The bulbs cost me $79 and can be had for a little less if you shop
around.  I couldn't wait and bought at an import shop.
