[ST] ST Review - Running lights

Here's an interesting review of the '01 ST. (I think I could do without the 
distasteful reference to the World Trade Center, though).

Look at the frontal pics with the lights on.  Do all ST's have the running 
lights on in the front?  I know my RS doesn't and I thought I had seen 
ST'ers on the list who had done conversions.  Is this a Canadian thing, a 
2001 thing or did somebody modify this bike?
