Hi Ed,
I recently purchased a hugger for my RS, from NWS. its a UK based 
company.The quality of the hugger & fittings & price are excellent. Full 
carbon fibre with extended bit by the shock, and integral chainguard. Cost 
was ukp127.50 including free UK post.
I'm pretty sure they do one for the ST. their web site is N-W-S.com
