[ST] Brokerage fee for Out of Country Purchase?

Can anyone else hear "The Twilight Zone" theme song playing?

Don't remember hearing any resolve to this but I have something to add.
I bought a Heine Gericke cordura suit from the UK HG shop because USA
dealers couldn't/wouldn't order matching trousers.  Shipping was £50 so
I assumed that the US Customs tag with a $44. price on it had been
paid.  It hadn't, and once I did, the Customs Service stopped bugging
me. But NO brokers.
