RE: [ST] Mystery plug, radiator cap

I believe the mystery plug is for the optional fourth cylinder.

Haven't had my radiator cap off this bike, but most radiator caps need to be
pushed down again before turning the rest of the way off.  A little
protection against someone trying to take the cap off when the radiator is
hot and getting a face full of antifreeze.
