I saw this same information in the current MCN magazine.  I urge all to 
respond to their legislators.  The mcn article shows how small  of a 
percentage of pollutants motorcyles actually are responsible for.  This 
legislation would make it illegal to modify your stock bike in any way, 
including remaps and silencers.  I could  scan the article and post if it 
someone would tell me how to upload it .  this is something we should all
