Electrical load

I've added several accessories to my 1999 ST:

1. Triumph heated handgrips
2. Piaa 1100X driving lights
3. Garmin III Plus GPS, and,
4. sometimes a Widder heated vest....

Does anyone know if the Sprint ST electical system can handle this load?

If not, does have a recommendation how to upgrade the power output of the 
alternator?
