Power Differences

Anyone have any idea why the power differences reported in Motorcyclist are
so different for the Sprint RS and ST? Roll on times vary considerably too.
93HP is losing a lot on a claimed crank HP of 108 for the RS. Seems to be
too big of a discrepency to be chalked up to different tolerances or
something. And sprockets might effect roll on times, but shouldn't effect HP
right?
