Hi Martin,
If you're still following this thread I have changed my focus to kink in the
hose more than the height of the reservoir. Basically thanks to your input.
There are a few '99 owners that have had the same problem albeit not nearly
as many. Based on a non-scientific study it does appear that the kink is
the problem. Isn't it always that way.
