Sticky throttle -- help!

Hi all,
Came back from Australia to find that my ST has organically developed a
throttle locker! The throttle stays nicely put at whatever degree of
turn I apply. While this saves me the cost of having to buy a
Throttlemeister, I'm a little concerned about the reliability of it's
design. :-)

Anyone have a bright idea as to where to apply some lube? (I'm assuming
it's just a lubing issue, pursuant to the thread a while ago about the
cables not being lubed as part of the regular dealer service.) I don't
have a service manual, and I don't recall any instructions in the
owner's manual. (I'm also back on a plane -- this time to exotic
Portland, OR -- but I'll be back home tomorrow night.)

TIA!
