Keith I measured a new set of OEM pads a week or so ago they are
about 4mm thick. I measured the wear on mine and at 11K miles I've
got a bit over 3mm left.. The fronts seems to wear really well and
although expensive come replacement time I'll stick with the OEM pads.

PS: sorry didn't measure rears but they are thicker than the fronts when new.
