[ST] ST Centerstand

All '99 STs came standard with a centerstand, but Triumph shipped them in a
separate carton. Even my dealer wasn't aware of this until I passed the word
from a different dealer (I was pricing the self-same centerstand).  They
called Triumph and boy were their faces red (so's my bike). I installed it
myself (super-easy).
