Hmmm Figures and quotes and percentages and what not. I don't know about all this. What I do know is that if I only pull the front lever, I slow down. If I pull the front lever AND apply the rear brake, I notice the bike slowing at a faster rate. Don't believe it? Try it yourself sometime.
