[ST] '99 vs '01 Clutch Lever

Can anyone tell me if these are interchangable? Since my clutch cable
was adjusted for proper play, it's a bit of a reach and I find myself
slipping it a lot. A closer lever would help. I know we've covered this
before and I remember some threads about Tiger levers but I wasn't
really paying attention.TIA
