	Well I don't disagree with you about the light blinding issue.  Certain
makes and models don't have the self-level features; Audi decided to
just keep the European equipment for the NA market, so my car does the
autolevel thing.  I will say that the Audis I have seen in oncoming
traffic are less blinding than certain Acuras or the previously
mentioned SUVs with the HID lights (Olds Bravada, etc.)  
	Speaking of high profile vehicles, it seems to me that trucks and SUVs
in general have more annoying lights than my HID car.  Just an opinion.  
	An another note, plenty of cage drivers complain because we ride with
high beams on.  Well at least they see us, right?
