Not necessarily - once the tune is downloaded, the CO should be tested and 
adjusted using a gas analyzer (without an analyzer the technician  can only 
guess). The tune does not need to be changed - the CO can be adjusted 
independently.  At present, I think Triumph is recommending a Co level at 3%.

That's the dealer's discretion. Upgraded tunes are no charge, but changes 
to accommodate new exhausts can be charged for. If you buy from the dealer 
normally, I personally would expect not to be charged for the tune.

Last time I checked, I think there were three - stock, performance pipe, 
and aftermarket exhaust. Every release of the tunes disk has the latest 
tunes for all models, so I don't know where the confusion is coming from.....
