=> Unlock
=> Remove Bag
=> Lock latch
=> Put bag back on, but don't bother to open latch as you "surely will 
remember to latch it before riding again"
=> Hop on bike a day later and go for a spin
=> Hopefully find your pannier when it falls off (unless you happen to be 
on the Blue Ridge Parkway in which case it may never be seen again....)
