The left headlight lens, a Triumph-branded part, has number 90-1095L-L in
the glass along the bottom edge, and the right headlight lens, which is
marked TYC (whoever they are), has number 90-1095L-R. Obviously the letter
at the end denotes left or right. Note that my bike )'99 ST) is equipped
with the original lenses, so it would appear that the right lens is the
country-specific variety. My guess would be that all left lenses are the
same and that the right one may differ for situations where it only acts as
low beam (I'm assuming that one-eyed bikes have right on for low and left
on for high). In any event it is obvious from looking at the lenses that
they each focus the light differently. I'd like to hear what the numbers
are on one-eyed bikes.
