Surely motorcycling is not a recreational activity any more than car
driving is. It is a form of transport used for getting from A to B. If
you take a trip 100 miles down the road to view the splendid scenery, have
a picnic, visit a friend on two wheels this is no different than doing it
on four. If your policy excludes 'recreational activities' you just don't
say "I was out for a ride", you say "I was riding to........". Or is the
US legal system totally different to the UK?
