Eric,

Just got an email from Lilleys ( steve@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ) - the pannier 
lids are 88.55UKP each (about $130 each)

Even with shipping, looks like they will be cheaper if you get them from him.

He did mention that the lids will take him about 1-2 weeks to get as they 
are not a normal stock item.
