this just came up on another list, and someone mentioned they have this:

one thing that was mentioned was that if the bed is very high, a strictly
straight ramp may cause the bike to hang up on the transition from ramp
to truck.  curved ramps, or ones with an angle like the ones above, are
a good idea.
