I'm down the street from South Bay Triumph, and bought my ST from them;
Matt (owner) is probably as knowledgeable about hop-ups for the Triumph
(and Aprilia, his new focus) as anyone; however his service dep't is spotty
enough that I now go to Jeremy Horn at Southern California Triumph, which
is about 45 mins away. Jeremy is top-notch, and will be servicing my Speed
Triple and ST this month.

Having said that, you can send your forks directly to Race-Tech and deal
with them without an intermediary (see www.race-tech.com).

My t-3 Speed Triple has RaceTech forks and a Type IV Ohlins, and wow...it's
a different bike. I just bought a Penske on auction, and will send it back
to Penske to refit (it's for a Daytona and will need new eyelets) and then
take the bike to RaceTech and have it all installed (unless I get lazy and
have Jeremy do it...). Can't recommend this modification enough.
