I would think so, assuming the system does a good job in separating the
different damping types (high-speed damping = sharp bumps, low-speed
damping = 'slower' bumps). Making a damping rod fork behave like a
cartridge fork should only improve things. I've only put 120 miles on
my Sprint ST so far, so I can't criticise it yet!
