RE: camera mount design

I'm not a metalurgist, I'm more of a woodworking guy. So what I'm basically
trying to show is where the camera mount needs to be in relation to the
holes that line up with the tank filler. I'm open to however it could be
made. Strength and ease of use are my main concerns.

Those of you who know more about working with metal have my blessing to
take this idea and run with it.
