Bar-end mirrors.

Last weekend I seen a Ducati-Monster with some
"Napolean" bar-end mirrors.  The mirrors seemed to
make a big difference in visibility to the rear.  They
also looked good on that bike.  He also said that
vibration wasn't an issue either.  The quality looked
pretty good also.

Has any one out there replaced their stock ST/RS
mirrors with a set of bar-end mirrors (any brand)?  I
would like to hear some feed back good/bad.  Also, any
pictures of their bike with these mods would be
appreciated.
