yes.

i added the risers first, and added the bars later.

the thing that hits is the loopy part of the throttle cable housing,
right? (the J-shaped part.)

when i installed the bars, i just rotated the whole throttle housing
forward by 90 degrees, and that kept it from hitting.

but when i installed the ST bars as well, that was no longer enough.
i recall that rotating it back upright made it clear, but that the
cable was no longer long enough.

so i disassembled/disconnected the throttle cable end, rotated the
J-shaped thing so that it points straight _down_, and reassembled.
the throttle cable no longer goes around the front of the triple
clamp, but rather goes behind the right fork tube. here are pictures
i took when kathy was asking the same questions:

don draper has pointed out that if you fit the triumph heated grips,
the throttle sleeve assembly really wants to go the way it was originally
fitted. in that case, i think you might need to change throttle cables.
don didn't need to, but his bike is almost a year older than mine. i
think they may have changed cables.

in addition:

    - the front brake line isn't really _quite_ long enough if routed
the way it was initially, which had it wrapped around the fork
tube once. i took the brake lever assembly, complete with
fluid reservoir, and unwound the line from the fork tube.
this gives it just enough slack. this would be easier if you
took the right side fairing off, but i did it with the fairing
	in-place.

    - the clutch cable is close. i think i might have had to reroute
it just a bit -- but maybe it was just redoing some clips.

    - i definitely had to adjust the clips holding the electrical
harness(es) -- and even now they're at their limits. if i
thought i spent a lot of time bouncing off the steering limits,
i'd worry about stressing the wires repeatedly, but full lock
turns are so rare, and there's _just_ enough slack, that i
	think it's okay.
