[ST] who were those masked men

ok i am on vacation in beutiful big bear.  having wound my way up there
in a fine chevy astro van with 2nd wife and kids when i see a black st
on hwy 18 near fawnskin.  i was taken aback because even though i have
tried black is still not the most common color, about a minute later i
see an lucifer orange rs and another black st.  so who were these masked
men on the fine machines? it was on the 4th at about 1230.
