What I do is use the 1-13/16" socket as a spacer on that side. I slip
the cone into the small side of the wheel, and the cone into the big
end of the socket. Then the "smaller end of the socket centers that
large hole in the wheel. Hope that was descriptive enough. Give it a whirl.
