RE: [ST] Fitting a rear hugger

I didn't buy a Triumph hugger as I didn't want carbon but Black to match my
RS, Triumph only do a carbon hugger for the RS!! The NWS hugger is extended
to protect the rising rate linkage and has a chain guard built in, all for
£80 delivered. I didn't remove the rear wheel but removed the pillion
footrest and seat lock unit, it was very easy to do all you need is a set of
Torx and Hex sockets. The whole job only took 20mins.

Subject: [ST] Fitting a rear hugger

I'm planning to fit the Triumph hugger to my new RS when it arrives next
week and was wondering if anyone else has fitted it themselves and can share
any tips?

Is it relatively simple, or do you need to bugger about taking the back
wheel off etc.? If it's easy I'll be doing it myself, if not the dealer
will be doing it.

Andy
