I have and used a folding ramp like the one Rude has mentioned.  While they 
work great in a trailer and for lawnmowers etc. And you can walk up next to 
your bike. They have one short coming.  They are steep for a truck and can 
cause a belly scrape. You  will find yourself looking for a curb to reduce 
these drawbacks.
Also used a ramp that Aqua and Sly have while traveling to the East Rallie.  
It is a longer narrow Alum with a curve.  For a truck motorcycle only 
situation I think it may be better.
