[ST] Suspension Questions

I am pricing out the components for ugrading the front suspension of my 
Sprint RS.  Someone is supposed to help me install everything, and they 
called racetech but did not get much help (????)

He asked me if I could provide him with the following info:

1.) Diameter of the damping rod;
2.) The length of the spring;
3.) The inner and outer diameter of the spring; and
4.) Who makes the stock components, e.g., Showa?

At 190lbs plus full riding gear, I suspect I need a 1kg spring.  Does that 
sound right?
