Thanks for that. So my move to 106 for 18/43 was unneccessary! I did it
because it looked as if the stock 108 was going to leave my rear wheel close
to the end of it's adjustment slot. By your reckoning it would have moved
back 0.33". Doesn't sound much, but that slot isn't that long, and the stock
setup was already at about the halfway mark. I liked that hugger so much I'm
considering adding a link back into my chain now, so I can fit it, but I'm
still worried that I'll run out of adjustment.

Just how good are you at this CAD thing? Can you accurately include the
adjustment slot, and see what would happen by the time the chain has
stretched to the limit of it's spec?
