[ST] Service times?

Does anybody know what Triumph specify in terms of time for the various
services on the ST/RS?

I've just booked my RS in for it's post running in service (approx 1000km)
and the mecahnic said it would take about 2 hours.  I've checked my hand
book and the first service is in fact identical to the second service
(10000km).  As far as I can tell all these two services involve is changing
the oil and checking the cables, bolts, fluid levels etc.  Surely doing that
can't take 2 hours?
