[ST] Posting formats

OK folks. This has really been getting out of hand lately.

Could we please edit our posts so that we are not quoting all of the 
previous post. Especially when all one is saying is "Amen" or "I agree." 
It is really annoying to see three end of message tags in a row at the 
end of a post. Besides, my computer is running dangerously low on 
"greater than" signs.
