I am sorry to be so blunt(1), but that is the stupidest thing I've ever 
heard.  If you really knew what you were doing, you would realize that 
regulating your speed with the throttle/brakes would be more effective than 
charging the turn, scrubbing off a lot of speed at the last possible second, 
and then powering through the turn. Do the math.

And BTW, jumping on the throttle after the turn-in is ill advised.  Rolling 
on the throttle is different than jumping on the throttle.  Not only do you 
need to re-think (or possibly learn from the ground up) braking and 
cornering, you probably need to work on throttle control.  Powering out of 
the corner is proper, but I am not sure you know the difference.

If you had a bike with more balls, "throw[ing] the bike over and
