I also have a (very new) RX7-RR4. I find the vents to be very
effective, moving a significant and very noticeable amount of air
through the helmet at any speed over 25mph. To appreciate the effect
all I have to do is stop at one of Clearwater's notoriously long
stoplights on a hot, sunny July afternoon. Once I start moving again I
can sure feel the effect of the sweat drying!

However, I agree about the noise. This is the noisiest helmet I've ever
tried. Not a problem since I always wear ear plugs and it is worth it
for the great venting.

If you lived near me you might decide that the noise is worth it. I
have.

It is not as easy to change as the shield on my (wrecked) HJC CL-12.
And nothing is as easy to change as a Shoei!

Careful, I'm told by those who have tried that it is noisy.
