Cameron the Triumph branded Mobil 1 is 15-50 NOT 10-40 ( It's called 
Mobil 1 Racing 4T in Europe) I assume you mean this as the 
"standard"?  That said what exactly is your question??  If it's what 
other oil can I use? Well there's Motul 5100 15-50, Motul 300V 15-50 
, Maxum 15- 50,  BelRay 15-50, BMW 15-50 MC specific oil, I think Elf 
makes a 15-50, Amsoil 15-50, Agip 15-50, Golden Spectro 15-50. Or use 
what I use Mobil 1 15-50 , yes the regular auto stuff.. Just as good 
as the more expensive MC oil's and prolly better than most. Take a
