Charlottesville is at the beginning of the Blue Ridge Parkway, I think the
inn is at like 456 miles on, most cars can only average around 45mph on the
parkway (speed limit anyway).  So 10hrs?  There are of course straighter
roads, but why??

So if anyone's in SoCal and bored this Saturday, we're giving our annual
LABiker BBQ at our place in Torrance. Starts at 4:00, ends when we all get
bored. Usually a good mix of people...email me offlist for address and
info.

Just realized that I'll be in VA dropping off Eric when the Eastern Rallye
is going on (in VA 8/15, leaving 8/22). How far from Charlottesville VA??
In a rented minivan??
