[ST] Top rack removal time?

I'm gonna need even more storage space soon, and am thinking about adding
the top rack and case to my bike.  However, I like keeping my bike with as
clean a look as possible when not using the cargo, and am wondering how long
it takes to remove the rack once installed.  Is it similar to the pannier
rails where you don't have to remove all the internals, or a more invasive
procedure?
